Both are precision noise and vibration grades defined by ISO standards. Z2V2 offers low noise and vibration suitable for general motors and pumps. Z3V3 is a higher precision class with ultra-low noise and vibration, preferred for machine tool spindles, servo motors, and other demanding applications. Z3V3 bearings undergo stricter manufacturing tolerances and testing.
Noise and vibration levels are measured using a standardized Anderonmeter (vibration meter) per ISO 15242. Each batch is tested before dispatch, and full inspection reports are available upon request.
