Tractor Bearings for Replacement and Parts Supply
No products found
The catalogue includes metric tapered roller bearing references from the following series. Use the product listings to identify a possible reference, then confirm the specification for the intended assembly.
Series | Examples listed in this category | Details to confirm |
322 series | 32208, 32209, 32211, 32212, 32216, 32218 | Complete designation, dimensions and assembly position |
323 series | 32307, 32308, 32310, 32311, 32312, 32313, 32314, 32315 | Suffixes, drawing requirements and supplied components |
303 series | 30315 | Ring widths, overall width and application requirements |
A catalogue series identifies a bearing family; it does not establish fitment to a particular tractor. Confirm the full reference and specification for each repair or production requirement.
Start with the bearing markings or the machine manufacturer's parts reference. Keep all prefixes and suffixes when submitting an enquiry, and photograph the markings if they are difficult to read.
Identify the assembly being repaired, such as the wheel hub, axle, gearbox or final drive. These descriptions help explain the enquiry; they do not mean that every bearing listed is suitable for every position.
Provide the tractor make, model and serial number where needed to distinguish a parts-catalogue variant. If the machine has a replacement axle or gearbox, include that assembly's identification as well. The installed assembly may be more useful than the tractor model alone when resolving a part-number question.
For production enquiries, provide the approved drawing and revision together with the required quantity. Specify any inspection or documentation requirements before the quotation is finalised.
Information | What to provide |
Bearing identification | Full bearing designation, suffixes and manufacturer markings |
Machine reference | Tractor model and serial number where relevant |
Assembly details | Axle, gearbox, hub or other assembly identification and bearing position |
Dimensions | Bore, outside diameter, overall width and individual ring widths where available |
Supplied components | Confirmation that the request includes the cone assembly and cup, or an itemised component list |
Operating conditions | Known load, speed, lubrication and contamination conditions for engineering enquiries |
Purchasing requirements | Quantity per reference, destination and required delivery date |
A single-row tapered roller bearing supports radial load and axial load in one direction. Opposed arrangements can accommodate axial loads in both directions, depending on the design. Bearing selection and adjustment must account for the complete arrangement.
Check the drawing labels when comparing widths: overall width and individual ring widths describe different measurements. Matching the bore alone is not sufficient for selecting a replacement.
When changing from an existing bearing to another supplier's product, compare the complete designations and the relevant technical data. A shared basic number or similar dimensions should be supported by a check of the design, tolerances, mounting interfaces and application requirements.
Include any older catalogue designation with your enquiry, together with photographs or drawings. Keep the original marking in the purchasing record until the replacement reference has been confirmed.
Vehicle or machine part numbers are useful identification references. Their presence in a quotation does not by itself establish genuine original-equipment supply or authorisation from the tractor manufacturer. Confirm the offered brand and specification explicitly.
For mixed-model orders, send a list showing the quantity and order unit for each reference. State whether you are buying individual bearings, bearings for one assembly or an itemised repair kit.
For planned maintenance before planting or harvesting, include the required delivery date and identify which references are most urgent. Request availability and lead-time confirmation for each item rather than assuming that every catalogue reference is immediately available.
Distributors can submit box labels, barcode requirements and packaging preferences with the parts list. For repeat orders, retain the approved specification and packaging details so that subsequent quotations use the same purchasing basis.
State the records required by your purchasing or quality team. These may include dimensional inspection results, material information, batch identification or an agreed sample evaluation. Confirm availability and any additional inspection arrangements before ordering.
If certification is part of supplier approval, request the applicable certificate and review its holder, scope and validity. A bearing designation is not a certification document.
For drawing-based or private-label enquiries, send the technical requirements and proposed marking or packaging details for review. Feasibility, minimum order quantity, cost and delivery timing should be confirmed for the specific project.
The model is a useful starting point, but assembly variants may require different parts. Provide the existing bearing designation or machine parts reference, then add the serial number and assembly identification where needed.
Do not treat different series as interchangeable. Check the complete dimensions, geometry and application requirements against the original specification. Even when two references have the same bore, other dimensions and operating characteristics may differ.
An older designation can help identify the part, but its meaning and any suffixes should be checked against reliable technical records. Confirm the proposed replacement specification before ordering. A designation alone does not prove certification or machine fitment.
Confirm the supply scope in the quotation. Specify whether you need the complete bearing with both components or a particular component. Additional seals, spacers and retaining parts should be listed separately when required.
Check the individual product specification and the assembly's sealing arrangement. Do not assume that a tractor-category bearing includes integral seals. Confirm how the assembly provides lubrication and protection for the intended environment.
MOQ and delivery time depend on the reference, quantity and order requirements and should be confirmed in the quotation. Installation, lubrication and bearing adjustment must follow the instructions for the specific tractor assembly; there is no single setting for the whole category.
Send your bearing references, quantities and assembly details to Nexans Bearing. Attach clear photographs or drawings where identification is incomplete, and include your destination and required delivery date.
For distributor or production orders, add packaging and inspection requirements so the quotation can address both the technical specification and the purchasing scope.
